Autoupdater broke webmail (horde/imp)

Hello,

i spent the whole weekend to try to fix my webmail again, but i cant find anything more.

My installation is on a centos 4.2, Plesk 8.0.1

On friday i performed a autoupdate via the admin-interface, since then i cant login to webmail anymore. After about 1-2 minutes i get a blank-screen in IE or the redirect.php (which is also empty) is offered to download in firefox.

What i tried already:
i restored the working directories from backup from last week (usr/share/psa-horde and /etc/psa-horde) i completly removed it (rpm -e psa-horde psa-imp ...) and reinstalled it using once the webinterface and a second time via the shell using the autoinstaller.

Fact is that imp doesnt even try to connect to the imap-server, as i cant find any entry in the maillog. telnet localhost 143 works, selinux is off, iptables is off, localhost 127.0.0.1 is in the /etc/hosts file. I then tried to install horde an imp from scratch with the downloaded tar.gz from horde.org, but with the same effect (i took the existing config-files). Activating imap, php and http-debugging did not bring me any hint whats wrong...

Anyone here that solved this problem?

Thanks in advance,

I'm a bit frustrated...

Hello,

i dont know what the problem can be anymore. I installed squirrelmail from scratch in a subdirectory of my default webserver and after performing the tests (squirrelmail-configtest.php) were ok i tried to log in. But after a minute the same problem - i get a blank screen in IE6 or the redirect.php gets downloaded in FIREFOX.

So the real problem must be between apache and the mailserver.

Any idea?

Thanks,

Hello,

F**K F**K F**K...

I solved the Problem.

It was our intrusion protection system which blocked "WEB-CGI redirect access"...

Just for the ones that have the same problem.
