• Please be aware: Kaspersky Anti-Virus has been deprecated
With the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.64, "Kaspersky Anti-Virus for Servers" will be automatically removed from the servers it is installed on. We recommend that you migrate to Sophos Anti-Virus for Servers.
  • The Horde webmail has been deprecated. Its complete removal is scheduled for April 2025. For details and recommended actions, see the Feature and Deprecation Plan.
  • We’re working on enhancing the Monitoring feature in Plesk, and we could really use your expertise! If you’re open to sharing your experiences with server and website monitoring or providing feedback, we’d love to have a one-hour online meeting with you.

Issue AWstats installation

Giorgos Karras

New Pleskian
For a long time now I have a problem with AWstats not updating my stats. One of the first things I tried was to change from AWstats to webalizer and after that, I went back to AWstats. After that, when I was trying to open the statistics I was getting the message that there are no stats available and to check back in 24 hours. About 5 days later I had the same message and no stats at all. Tried too many things but still, nothing worked. The last thing I tried was to reinstall AWstats from Tools & Settings > Updates and Upgrades, so I deleted AWstats and when I tried to install it back I was getting the message "Yum utility failed to install the required packages". Used this guide: Plesk Yum utility failed to install the required to solve the problem but didn't work too.

OS: ‪CentOS 7
Product: Plesk Onyx 17.5.3
