• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

AWSTATS updating

VAPCTEK

New Pleskian
I have recently moved to a new host and am now using Plesk Panel.

I have awstats setup for my domains, but they are only updating once a day and I would like the stats to update a lot more often.

It appears that a scheculed job is re-creating the awstats files (including the log files it uses) and so I cannot see an easy way to fix my problem.

For most sites, daily would be OK, but I have a site where more frequent updates would be useful e.g. to see the affect of a twitter update.

On my previous host, i used awstats and had it set to update every 15 minutes.

Is there a way to get more frequent updates, or would it be better to scrap awstats via Plesk and setup awstats to run on the server separately?

Thanks

Andy
