AWStats-Webalizer

I use win2003 SP!, plesk 7.5.3 and durinf the creation of a site (17th) in the control panel, statistics listbox had only Webalizer and AWStats option disappear. I had that problem with another server also with the same versions. But then the statistics listbox has no option and anavailable (grey)

Any Idea ?

Please check Plesk - Server - Components managements - Web Statistics.
Be sure that Plesk recognized this services.

I have allready check this but in the statistics section has only AWStats. WEbalizer disappear !!!
