Hello,

I install 9 PLESK in my old server with update, is there a possibility to return to PLESK 8.6 without losing the data on my customers?

thank you

Unless you still have pre-9 backups, it could be quite tricky (i.e. impossible) to revert back to 8.6. The backups are in different formats - there is a tool which will convert 8.6 backups to 9, but so far as I know there is nothing that will take your data back to 8.6 format.
