  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

Back Up Files to move server

Hi,

I am currently trying to move my Magento Store form one sever to another as I am changing hosting companies. I have taken a back up using my Parrallels Plesk Panel on my current host. I then downloaded it to my local machine and tried to upload to my new hosting company also using Parrallels Plesk Panel, Upload Files to Server Repository.

The upload appears to complete ok, but when I view server repository tab in my Parrallels Plesk Panel it says no Back ups. I can see from my HDD allowance that they have uploaded some where but I cannot see it any where even if I look using FTP.

Has anybody any ideas please?
