Backing Up Email Group Lists

I am running 8.0.1. I am upgrading to the current version via a reimaging on my server.

I can easily reload all of my user data and web files after the reimaging, but I have some large email groups that I would like to not have to reenter by hand.

Is there a way to backup and restore email groups in Plesk 8?

1. What email groups do you mean?
2. Plesk has this bakup-restore utility.. Have you checked that?:
