Backup Command Lines

Hi, Does the Plesk Backup program support DOS commands? For example c:\backup.exe /config.psc. I was in the backup program and chose what I wanted backed up and saved the config (.psc) file. I want to create 3 different .psc files and run each separately. I see the backup program has a scheduler, but it's the same files all the time. I want to back up for 3 different clients separately.
