Question Backup compression

Hello, I want old backup compression format .tar or .tar.gz
I don't want this new .zstd, where can I change that? I see just compression types: fast, fastest, normal, no compression

Note, we do not recommend it. At least we need to find out what problems do you have with zstd compression?
One day we remove deflate compression at all.
