backup doesent work on mysql bases

Hi.

I need to backup all the domain on my server bacuse a os reload. I tested on one of the domain i had with one mysql base and some folders in httpdocs. all work but the database that is restored is not in phpmyadmin. Why?

i use Plesk 7.5.6 on a windows 2003 standar.

One more thing..
If i use the start-->programs-->SWSoft-->backup and then back up all the domain, will that work properly? will all the propertis on the client be in the backup.. Thanks

It seems that this database was not created from Plesk.

The DB was cfreated from Plesk and the DB is also restored but not the data inside the DB
