Plesk Reloaded 7.5.4
Suse 9.1
Recently we've started to get scheduled backups locking up on the above system. When it fails, it leaves the domains being backed up "Temporarily disabled for backup".
Last time it happened, a reboot (master power switch, not OS, because the OS hung) and some low-level fiddling (changing domain status in MySQL etc.) fixed it all.
It's happened again over the weekend, and despite rebooting twice, changing the domain status back to 0 in the psa database, running killall psadump (gleaned from another thread on a similar subject) I can't get access to the domains again, which is about to be very awkward.
Does anyone know how to manually undo the backup lockout in 7.5.4? And ideally how to stop it happening again (plenty of disk space, all the domains backup fine most nights, but now and again it just falls over).
Cheers,
Pete
