• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Backup hangs - for 3 days

Regular Pleskian
My daily backup stopped at 33% on Friday morning and is still stuck there. I can't find it anywhere. Have rebooted the server and it appears in the CP as backing up task working, but it is not. There is no process to kill, can't even find it. Any ideas? It has stopped the backup process from working. I'm using Plesk 9.2.3 on CentOS 5.

Should have stuck with 8.6 as this 9x version has been nothing but trouble. If you are planning to upgrade - don't. Stick with 8.6 it is a much better solid system.

Also, there seems to be no way of getting support if you don't buy Plesk from Plesk. Got it through the data center - not a great idea. Plesk needs to come up with a support plan for their product - I pay $39 a month for the Plesk license, but it gives NO support from Plesk.
