backup manager does not work anymore

Hello,
I use Plesk Panels 9.2.3 on OpenSuse 10.3.
Since view days backup fails and I am also not able to start the Backup Manager from the user interface.
also try to run "pleskbackup server -v" ends to and runtime error:
Runtime error: Could not run make dump with pmmcli[Illegal seek]

has anybody an idea?
