Backup of vital Plesk settings

Plesk event log is showing:

Cannot open backup device 'e:\plesk\MySQL\Backup\psa-20090928.dump'. Operating system error 5(Access is denied.). BACKUP DATABASE is terminating abnormally.
at (VADOConnection::execute line 90)
at Unable to backup of vital Plesk settings(SettingsBackup::execute line 207)
Execute file name: e:\plesk\admin\bin\sshost.exe

This event is from a scheduled task that runs daily named "Backup of vital Plesk settings".

I do not see any psa database in the MySql directory, I am under the assumption that the psa database in the Windows install is MSSQL and lives here E:\plesk\Databases\MSSQL\MSSQL.1\MSSQL\Data.

Is it safe to kill this Scheduled task or is it also trying to do other things?
