Issue Backup settings

I am running plesk 12 and have a Domain that has a scheduled backup set with "Domain configuration and content - All configuration and content" set. However on this domain I have 3 databases but it's only backing up 2 of them.

Any ideas why this is happening?

no it's a main database for a Magento install.
