Backup strategy without psadump

Does someone know what the correct backupstrategy is, if psadump isn't going to be used?

We use an external backup server/client that uses incremental backups.

I think we need to backup:

/etc
/var/qmail
/var/mailman
/var/www/vhosts or /home/httpd/vhosts
/usr/local/psa/var/certificates
/usr/local/psa/etc

and the mysqldump

Do I miss something in this list?

i'd also recommend to look into /etc/psa/psa.conf -- it has more-less detailed list of folders that contain user data in plesk..
