• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Backup to NAS

Hi,

MY server comes with 40GB NAS stoage, which I would like to use for plesk backups.

I tried mapping a drive to the NAS area, but this only works while I am logged on as administrator.

I tried setting it up as "online storage" (this is windows 2003) but backup says it can't store anything there.
it CAN store on the mapped drive when I am logged on though, so it's not that I can't use the space at all.

Is there anyway to get this working? I don't want to waste the NAS by not using it and then waste disk space by needing to keep some free for backup data....

thanks
