• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Bad Gateway - php upgrade install?

Hi,

I get " bad gateway " php error quite a bit. I checked under plesk 7.6 for windows on our server and we are running php 4.4.2

I read somewhere that php 4.4.3 corrects this error. Should i upgrade to 4.4.3 or a higher version?

Also I have never done this before. I see a download for windows installed php 4.4.3. Do i download this to our webserver and run it?

Please advise.

Thank you,

Gibs

how to install upgrade?

Hi,

Thanks for the info. I downloaded the patch "plesk_7.6.1.3_update0717.19.exe"

i double clicked on it and it installed. As per the instructions, I see no .msp file.

Run the installer "msiexec.exe /p <update distribution file name>.msp".

Did it install after i double clicked on it? Never rebooted or asked me for anything.

Thanks,

Bill

Yep, it was installed. You may go to Windows Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs, click option "Show updates" and check installed Plesk updates.

Bad Gateway
Web server received an invalid response while acting as a gateway or proxy server.
