Bandwidth and webspace problem

Hi, today i discovered on one server that a lot of customer are using more than the webspace and bandwidth assigned, i was shocked because plesk didnt stop that cusromers account and their website, i searched and now i know that plesk haven't this function, there's any third part software or any script to use for block automatically if the customer using more than the space assigned or more than the bandwidth assigned ?
