Same issue here...

Doing a fresh installation of Plesk 12.x on Ubuntu 12.04 LTS -- getting the same error: -
"The package http://autoinstall.plesk.com/PSA_12.../_usr_local_psa_admin_bin_plesk_agent_manager could not be downloaded because it could not be found (The requested URL returned error: 404)."

Is there any resolve ?

It was temporary issue. Try update again.

Hello.

I suppose that you got situation when Plesk started installation of the update 5 exactly in the same time when update 5 was being published. Because not all files were published at that moment, update 5 installation failed. To fix this problem you need to re-run update 5 installation. You can do it using the command

/usr/local/psa/admin/bin/autoinstaller --select-product-id plesk --select-release-current --upgrade-installed-components --reinstall-patch
