Be wary of the migration tool in 8.2
I have moved domains from one server to a new box.
From Plesk 7.5.4 on the old box to 8.2 on the new box.
There were several domains on the old box with custom DNS records, where the domain is not hosted on the box, the server is only the box for DNS purposes.
When migrating, Plesk has removed all the custom DNS configuration and changed it to as if the domain was hosted on the local machine,
Obviously this is quite a serious issue, as several domains were down until fixed. Surely the migration tool should check the DNS records when migrating to see if they actually point to the local machine.
I have spent a good few hours sorting out the problem.
