I would like to know if PLESK 7.5 manages Bi-PENTIUM XEON EMT64 bits on freeBSD 5.3 ?

Hi.

who must control is the OS, not the plesk.

I think in the generic kernel you can use 2 processors. if not you must compile one custom kernel to enable tis feature.

don´t forget to verify compatibility in http://www.freebsd.org/releases/5.3R/hardware-i386.html

and supported platforms in http://www.freebsd.org/platforms/index.html

and the best part

OKI, but just PLESK 7.5 it use Bi-XEON EMT64 ( 64 BITs ) ? or not ?
