BIG BIG ISSUE ... /var/www/vhosts not available

I did a big mistake this morning trying to modify the file system ( /data is on another disk partition )
I did :
----
mkdir /data/www
mount --bind /data/www /var/www
---

and now /var/www is empty ....
I should have copied first its content to /data/www before the bind...

I have backup files on private ftp server ( I use Plesk Backup Manager ) but as the vhosts directory doesn't exist anymore, I don't see how to proceed ... if it's tricky I'll request Plesk Support

Can you tell me if it's something that Plesk Support can handle ?
I asked our services to raise a Support Request, but it's too early yet for them ( they are in UK - GMT)
