Big problem with reconfigure problem

Hi,

one of domains on my plesk stopped working and show plesk default page, when i want to run following command:
websrvmng.exe --reconfigure-vhost --vhost-name=domain.tld

then i get following error!:
The account already exists. (Error code 2224) at NetUserSetInfo(IWPD_813(user))

what should i do?

Make sure that you have not subdomains for this domain in IIS Manager and these domains are not visible in Plesk interface. Remove them from IIS.
