BIND - DNS Cache Poisoning Issue

I manage a server windows 2003 with Plesk 8.4

The server is installed BIND 9.4.1, which presents the problem of DNS Cache Poisoning Issue

I tried uninstalling the BIND from plesk and install it from source .exe plesk but not the notes as installed

How do I fix this?
And the problem of resolving cache?
