Blank page at license page in 10.3.1 PleskFatalException

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION AND STEPS TO REPRODUCE

We upgraded from version 9 to 10.3.1, everything works fine, the virtuozzo, webs, but when we go to plesk control panel login and password, and we obtained a blank page (https://mydomain.xxx:8443/smb / admin-home), but put some urls in browser Directly I can see plesk (https://mydomain.xxx:8443/smb/web/view example), not all full plesk.
When we give the Server tab-> License Management and give it to recover keys we get the error

Unknown key property: concerto

I've also tried this:
/ usr / local / psa / admin / sbin / keymng - install - source-file / usr / local / psa / bin / key

Just replace /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/common_func.php3 file.

We replaced the / usr/local/psa/admin/plib/common_func.php3 file and given it permits the php script as you commented in the link http://forum.parallels.com/showthread.php?t = 261,593
it still shows blank screen after log in, still shows the admin-home, the rest of the tabs plesk work fine.
Besides, with the new file common_func.php3, Server tab -> License Management and give it to recover keys then I get a blank screen instead of the error that came out before.

What are we doing wrong?
Plesk can lose the path where the keys are when upgrading from one version to another plesk?
How we can identify a key?

In our server in / etc / sw / keys I think are the keys. How I could identify key to insert in plesk?
the key can be keyXXzqW6yV format or something similar?

I think the keys are in our server in / etc / sw / keys



note: all the tabs work fine except start and Server tab-> License Management -> recover keys
