bounce some yahoo and hotmail address!

Hello!

We're plesk version is 8.6!
I often receive complaints about some clients use yahoo or hotmail sent email to our mailserver !
but our mailserver bounce they are! (yahoo & hotmail , but just bounced some clients email address,not all !)
e.g. [email protected] or [email protected] send to [email protected] (our mailserver address)
I has added *@yahoo and *@hotmail to White list (Spam Filter)!

i don't know how to check this problem ? has anyone to help me to solve?
