Bug create subdomain

Hi

I'have an reseller with 1 domains limit and 2 subdomains limit, and it's not possible to create any subdomains!
Only work if we change 1 domains limit to 2 domains limits...
We have plesk 10.4.4 #13 on centos6.

Can you tell me how to solve the problem? We only want to permit 1 domain with 2 subdomain in this reseller accounts...
