  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Bug in Plesk 9.0.1 and SQL 2008 x64

Tamouh Hakmi

New Pleskian
We've noticed this bug using Plesk 9.0.1 January 28th release which seems to be the latest available.

It seems that when creating a new SQL DB, Plesk does not apply the correct database quota information. We've tested this with different domains/packages and all showed the same problem.

Plesk always setup SQL DB as Unlimited for Data and 2,000MB for Log!!

Can anyone else please confirm this with SQL 2008 x64 on Windows 2008 x64.

Thanks,

Tamouh
