Can I change the URL webmail uses?

I was wondering if there is a way to change the URL that webmail uses?

For example currently and by default webmail uses the URL http://webmail.yourdomain.com. Is there anyway for me to change this to http://email.yourdomain.com?

You can do it only manually in IIS. You should configure host headers of webmail(default) web site. But Plesk may change them back to webmail.domainname.
