    Hi All,

Is there a way to convert an IP based site in plesk to a name based. I'm migrating 70 domains from one server to another and would like to convert an IP based site to name based before I migrate them.

Is the migration as painless as the instructions say? What I want to do is to migrate all of them and then add the new DNS entries so there will be no or little down time for my users.

    Thanks,

    Hi.
Most probably the utility $PRODUCT_ROOT_D/bin/reconfigurator.pl is suitable for your purpose.
It allows to change the IP for a domain hosted, see:
