Can I copy a SiteBuilder user account?

Hi, one of my clients was to duplicate his entire SiteBuilder website and recreate it under a different user. He has an associate who wants to host with us but needs to change parts of the site and publish it to a different url on the same server.

We don't want to have to build the site again from scratch as most of the content will be the same.

Any ideas as to how we can copy a SiteBuilder user account?
