Resolved Can I integrate Plesk Windows DNS ==> BIND on CentOS

electricd7

New Pleskian
Hello,

We use BIND and CentOS as our primary/secondary nameservers. I would like to, however, manage the records in Plesk (which is currently setup with Windows DNS) and then when changes occur, have those changes integrate into our current BIND instance. I am reading how we can use some sort of integration script to accomplish this, but it is outside my realm of understanding currently. Could anyone provide some input or perhaps an example of how I might accomplish this task?

Well we use Plesk for windows which uses 2 Plesk BIND dns servers on centos or debian.

You can easily do that using the one extension in the app catalog which is free.

Not sure however how you would move them across from windows dns to bind for the existing records.
