Can I upgrade an account changing its domain template?

I updated a domain Template increasing the number of allowed
email accounts. However I can´t enable new accounts. It seems
that it is locked to the old settings.

I tried changing the domain Template to a different and there
after changing it again, but the result is the same.
 
Same Problem

I am looking for the Upgrade/Downgrade account link?

Any ideas on where to find it on Plesk?
