Resolved Can not restart web server: graceful restart failed, perform full restart

Hello Plesk Team,

after updating the Plesk Installation to Onyx i cant add subdomains.
System: Debian 8 (Jessie) 17.0.17 debian8.0.build1700161028.14
Apache: 2.4

Template_Exception: Can not restart web server: graceful restart failed, perform full restart
httpd stop failed
5 /usr/sbin/apache2 processes are killed
graceful restart failed, perform full restart

file: /opt/psa/admin/plib/Service/Driver/Web/Server/Apache.php
line: 108
code: 0

Any help?

This looks like a known problem. Have you checked KB - https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/213378889 ?

I have the same Problem and cant find any hint in the logs...

Its happened after an upgrade from 12.5 to 17.

Hi Alexander Roddis,

could you pls. confirm, that you followed the suggestions from the mentioned KB - article ?
Did you consider to raise the apache restart intervall to avoid possible issues? ( => HOME > Tools & Settings > Apache Web Server )
