How do I cancel one of my subsription, I have already cancel one time in my account, but Parallels still charge my creditcard, and they dont answer my e-mails.

I like to cancel: Parallels Plesk Panel 11.x and 10.x for Windows - Unlimited Domains
and buy a licens for Linux

I still can't understand relation between your words "Parallels still charge my creditcard" and Plesk. Could you please clarify how your credit card related to Plesk operation.
