Cannot access ftp or web site after running reconfigurator

Originally, I tried to enable SSI on Plesk because one of my web sites requires it to run. Since SSI was not a component installed on Plesk, I thought I would enable SSI via IIS. However, that did not fix the web site. Instead I could no longer log into Plesk after that. Then I ran the reconfigure program to repair the Plesk installation. However, after that I could no long access ftp or one of my other web sites. Now I am not sure what else to do. Email works and all data still there, but cannot access anything from outside the server. Please help!!!

If you mean to say when you try to open your website from your local PC it prompt for password, please follow the below steps.

1. remove .security file from the root of your vhost.
2. Opencommand prompt -> program files -> swsoft -> Plesk -> admin -> bin -> websrvmng.exe --reconfigure-vhosts --vhost-name=yourdomainname.
