Cannot Access FTP

Hi,
I just got a Plesk server 2 days ago and i had updated to 8.2 and configured all domains but i cannot access via. FTP. I have tried every domain and i.p. assigned to my server as well as every login i've created including the admin and root details and i still can't log in. I've restarted the server but every time i try to connect i get "server closed connection"
Can someone please help me?
