Cannot Change Password in Webmail (horde)

I have setup several email accounts, when a user logged into there webmail they are not able to change original password I set up for them. Anyone else have this problem? Whats the problem??

check whether the pop pass servie is running fine in the server...this happens when the service is down in the server

Well I figured it out eventially. during the password change I only tried the user name..but apperantly it required the @domain.com party for password changes.. thanks
