This question does not seem to be related to a Plesk server installation. But if it does: Check in Tools/Settings>Services that the mail services are running.
Connect error 421 / 10060 refers to a general issue of your computer to connect to the SMTP port of the outgoing mail server. Please first check, whether you can connect to port 25, 465 or 587 at all. You can use these instructions for the check: http://cheap-webserver-us.bitpalast.net?q=x&h=#13 . If Telnet client is not installed, here is how to activate it: http://cheap-webserver-us.bitpalast.net?q=x&h=#52 . Check your local firewall settings, check your antivirus software (it may block SMTP ports). Also check your Internet router, because some include a list of "safe" outgoing mail servers that you might to need to add yours to.

Illegal character(s) in hostname -- replacing with '*' i dont have illegal character in host name do you think problem is from this?

Your port list look as if this was generated on your target server. But that is normally not the cause of issues of the 421/10060 error. Did you do the telnet test from your client to rule out that a firewall, antivirus or router security setting might be blocking porte 25, 465, 587? What program exactly gives you the error message described in your first post?

i have good DMARC , SPF and MX setting but get this error :
Reason: Mail server for yahoo.com is not contactable. Message has expired and has been returned to Sender.
and
Communications Error: Socket connection to mta7.am0.yahoodns.net failed (error 10060). The host was either not contactable or it rejected your connection. Socket Family = 2; Host=67.195.204.72; Port=25
So
i add (update) this SPF record in DNS setting ( TXT type ) and problem resolved
v=spf1 ip4:3.3.3.3 include:_spf.google.com include:_spf.mail.yahoo.com ~all
Please Replace 3.3.3.3 with Your server IP
Yahoo And Gmail accept my emails now
