Cannot convert customer to reseller

There is a customer with about 10 custom subscriptions in my plesk 10.4. I'm trying to upgrade this to reseller, but there is no option for it.

Nor is this customer listed in "finish migrating.." option in Tools&Settings, where I have the option to upgrade a customer to reseller.

So, how can I upgrade this customer to reseller? SQL commands are welcome too

Hi!
There is no way to "upgrade" customer to reseller, but you can create another reseller and transfer subscriptions from customer.
