• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

New Pleskian
Hey,

I have a problem with Parallels Plesk 11 on Linux. I deleted some old databases yesterday and since that I cannot list the existing databases anymore. When I try to list them by clicking on "Databases", this error message appears:

Internal error: Unable to load object of type BsDomain with id=0: Trying to create class BsDomain for not-existent client.
Message: Unable to load object of type BsDomain with id=0: Trying to create class BsDomain for not-existent client.
File: functions.php
Line: 1601
Type: PleskFatalException

Can somebody help me? I thing there went something wrong with a database. Restarting the server/Plesk doesen't help.
Please dont link me on other threads, I already read them and they didn't show me the solution.

Sorry for my bad English.

It is psa database inconsistency. I suggest you contact Support Team. They will check and fix this inconsistency directly on your server.

Hey,

thanks for your answer. The support team of my hoster can't/won't help me, i just received an email. Is there a way I can fix this myself?

Greetings
Tim Hentschel
