• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

I have Plesk running in a virtuozzo VE and am trying to RDP from the Plesk panel. If I'm logged into plesk as the Plesk admin, I am able to run the ActiveX and Java applets to connect to the server desktop. If I'm logged in as the Plesk client however, when I go to run the applets to RDP i just get a blank screen with no errors. I am able to RDP into the server directly with the Plesk client's credentials (which is the FTP user account). What am I missing?

Well I figured out what was wrong... the RDP function connects using the fqdn of the domain. Since in this case my domain was not resolving to the Plesk installation IP (its being staged there before cutover), the RDP app would not connect. Doh...
