New Pleskian
When I try to set a domain's hosting type from "Forwarding" to "Website hosting" I get the following error:

Error: Unable to start (/c ""C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\admin\bin\usermng.exe" exist [username]")
at Plesk impersonation(PipeServer::ServerThread::runAs line 886)
at Unable to execute application:(zif_plesk_proc_open line 1274)

What I tried:
- Using different usernames;
- Checked plesksrv.exe permissions (http://kb.parallels.com/en/116800);

And right now I'm running the PP Reconfigurator tool, option Plesk File Security, cause I think this issue is related with permissions.

Any clue on what's happening?

There can be different reasons of this issue - resticted symbols in username or password (% for example), wrong permissions and virus infection even. Therefore I would like to suggest you contact Support Team for investigation this issue directly on your server.

IgorG thanks for your answer but I resolved the problem!
As I suspected, it was a permission problem.
The reconfigurator tool finished and after that I could set the hosting type.
