Looks like something wrong with Atomic repository. Try to ask help from atomicturtle forum user or temporary disable atomic repo in yum settings.

I done a #yum update atomic-release and then I was able to update.

But, after that the panel it shows me that:
New configuration files for the Apache web server were not created due to the errors in configuration templates: nginx: [emerg] unknown "fastcgi_https" variable nginx: configuration file /etc/nginx/nginx.conf test failed . Detailed error descriptions were sent to you by email. Please resolve the issues and click here to generate broken configuration files once again or here to generate all configuration files.
My websites was down, so I was in Server > Services Management and I stopped Reverse Proxy Server (nginx) and PHP-FPM support for nginx.
After that I "generate all configuration files" and it says that was done. Then I clicked on Hosting Settings of each domain and saved the page.

After that the websites turned on.

But... I still have some problems. If I restart the server, the (only) PHP-FPM support for nginx turn back on ON so I should each time repeat the steps.
Anyway, the quoted Alert message turn again and again!
Also, I don't use yet nginx (I used it months ago with a test domain that was then deleted) but I want to use it on a future domain with Magento.

Whay I should do?

PS. That's the installation log:

Error Summary
-------------

I was supported by the Parallels Support and they sorted out my problem.

In fact, on the first Plesk with nginx 11.5 version, there was an option to activate nginx as a service and then configure a domain to use it under Hosting Settings. But after some other Plesk 11.5 release, that option disappeared. Anyway I has a domain with that settings and after a while I removed that domain from my server. But it seems like nginx keep this domain configuration somewhere and that caused my issue. The operator was able do find it and deleted it.

But he insisted that nginx configuration was never existed. :D Someone remember a such option under Hosting Settings? :)

Is interesting to post alone... Anyway the hope is the last to die... :D

Now the "nginx mystery" is coming up.

As I said I remember that the nginx settings (till their appear on Plesk) was different till a 11.5 release version (no more on the last 2-3...).
Ok, on my VPS at that time I has 3 IPs with 3 different domains. On just one of them I activated that (mystery) nginx setting (from Hosting Settings of the specific domain) - in that case you are not able to use your .htaccess file.
After a while I removed that domain but I keep the domain.

! Sometimes, without a reasonable reason (I mean, without any manual change on the Plesk settings), on that specific domain I seen (the famous "unlimited sources" error) "502 bad gateway - nginx". To solve that I use to go and restart nginx services (php-fpm as well) and then resave the the Hosting Settings page without any change on it.

Anyway, as I said, I removed that domain and peace. After some 11.5 release that nginx setting on the Hosting Settings disappear.

But... if you go through my thread you can notice how the old domain traces (my3thdomain.config under some nginx folder) create some trouble after the Plesk update.

Now I added a completely different domain on the same IP as the last 3th one. Installed my application on it as on the other one (Magento)... now after 2 days my website is down for the same "502 bad gateway - nginx" error.
And is the only one affected (the other domains and Plesk interface are ok).

I put in evidence the IPs because now is the only relation and idea that I can have. Could be that somewhere under the nginx settings he have the old nginx/htaccess settings on that IP, that I don't disabled when I removed the 3th domain?

Other ideas? :)

Great...

In fact now every 1-2 days I received the "502 bad gateway - nginx" on (and only) the 3th domain. To recover it I should restart Apache.

Some idea to fix this problem?
