• Please be aware: Kaspersky Anti-Virus has been deprecated
With the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.64, "Kaspersky Anti-Virus for Servers" will be automatically removed from the servers it is installed on. We recommend that you migrate to Sophos Anti-Virus for Servers.
  • The Horde webmail has been deprecated. Its complete removal is scheduled for April 2025. For details and recommended actions, see the Feature and Deprecation Plan.
  • We’re working on enhancing the Monitoring feature in Plesk, and we could really use your expertise! If you’re open to sharing your experiences with server and website monitoring or providing feedback, we’d love to have a one-hour online meeting with you.

Resolved Cannot update plesk and use Yum

New Pleskian
Server operating system version
CentOs 6
Plesk version and microupdate number
18.0.31
I have Plesk 18.0.31 and CentOS 6, which I believe is incompatible. For some reason, plesk just let me update anyway.

Regardless, I'm now stuck where I can't update anything. Using anything with yum will return:

http://autoinstall.plesk.com/pool/PSA_18.0.31_4832/extras-rpm-CentOS-6-x86_64/repodata/repomd.xml: [Errno 14] PYCURL ERROR 22 - "The requested URL returned error: 404 Not Found"

I found the plesk.repo file, is there a URL that I can change http://autoinstall.plesk.com/pool/PSA_18.0.31_4832/extras-rpm-CentOS-6-x86_64/repodata/repomd.xml to since it no longer exists so that I can use Yum to update my CentOS to 7?

I ended up just switching the 'enabled' value to 0 in the plesk.repo file which allowed me to update.
