now my version is plesk for linux 8.6.0. I just purchased new license key 2 days ago and I order plesk to update to version 9.0.0 and I got the following error:

and also my firewall (iptables) is abnormal that I input ip address both input and output and save and restart the service. The ip address has not been blocked.
and also when add or modify rule in firewall in plesk control panel and activate, it has token forever to activate. Now I cannot do anything with firewall via plesk control panel.
Please help me!!!!! It's so urgent.
