Can't access Plesk frontend

Upgraded to latest version of Plesk (10.1.1) and now a day later I can't get into the Plesk front end. I still have shell access and all the web servers and sql / mail server still working fine.

Any ideas? It's installed on a debian VPS.

Fixed this by running /etc/init.d/sw-cp-server start

Now can't get Watchdog working...
