Issue Can't access Plesk

Hello I have tired to install Plesk on centos when It's done and completed and says for me to go and
complete the configuration process, browse either of URLs
I get an ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT/took too long to respond
Any reason why I'm getting this?

What does "either of the URLs" mean? When a server is freshly installed there should only be one URL to access the panel.

Is the port 8443 open in your local firewall?

the urls that it shows after installation is complete something like this login?secret=ACrrNLdhfntVIAAgsgF1STgKZaI%20qDjeKLR00ty%2BgwVQ%3D is what i was referring too

Yes, port 8443 in your local computer/router/network.
