Can't backup!

New Pleskian
Hi,

I'm really hoping someone can help. I'm running Plesk 11.0.9 Update #63.

I can no longer backup onto my server (nevermind on my FTP site) since i followed some advise from my VPS provider. I downloaded the different PleskAgentManager from this link http://kb.odin.com/en/121070

I've just tried to manually create a backup on the server which failed with the following info:-

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>

</execution-result>

Can anyone help with this?

Thanks a lot.

Paul
